Class Schedule Dec. 11th-14th

Bootcamp: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 5:30am & 7pm— NEW COMMITMENT REWARDS PROGRAM!— attend 12 class in a month and receive a free one on one session with Robert or Cailin to be used by the middle of the following month — WOW!

Please register ahead of time for the 5:30am bootcamp class by calling us (626) 252-8205. If you wish to join the 7pm class, please arrive 10-15 minutes early to register if you are new.

Yoga: Monday & Thursday evenings at 8pm. Join us for a time of self care and relaxation. Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to register if you are new.

Zumba: No Zumba this week- we will resume class next week on the 21st!
